Bulk Orders (20+ items): Bulk sportswear orders qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs are included in the total price.
Small Orders (less than 20 items): Shipping charges apply based on destination and courier rates.
Sample Orders: All sample orders require shipping charges to be paid by the customer.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched only after final design approval and payment confirmation.
Most bulk orders are shipped within the agreed timeline. In case of delays, we notify customers immediately.
International orders are subject to local customs regulations and clearance times.

There is a confirmed design mistake made by Friend Brothers Sports (logos, numbers, or colors different from approved design).
Replacement Terms
Replacements are usually added to the customer’s next bulk order free of charge.
If immediate replacement is required for a smaller order, the customer pays applicable shipping costs.
If the error is our mistake, we will provide the corrected product in the next bulk order without any extra cost.
Exclusions
No replacements for issues with design, size, or customization after final approval, unless the error is confirmed to be from our side.
No returns or refunds are available on correctly produced custom orders.
